After I have downloaded the movies, it goes straight into them, where do I go to see them again, now that they are downloaded?

Downloaded from where?

The BINK videos are in Exe format. Just double click on the file to watch them again.

Ok, Now I just need to find them. Thank you. BTW they were from Fileplanet.

I sound stupid, but I used the search function to run the word BINK and found nothing.

Perhaps your C drive

If not, then whatever letter you use as your main drive.

Not there. Ok, This isn't that important, so I am sorry for wasting anyones time, but I would like to evaluate the videos.

Search for the filename of the movie. The movies will be in .exe format because it's called a BINK video - the movie is contained and ran from an executable file.

Search for the file where ever it was you decided to download it too.

You could try searching for most recently modified files/documents, specifically .exes with the letters 'HL2' in it.

Also, if you decided to "open" the file from it's location, and didn't really download it then you will have to actually download it first. This is typical if you download a direct .mov or .avi formated file from Fileplanet. instead of actually putting the file on your hard disk drive, it'll play it in your browser. Is this what happened?

If you could explain where you got the file and what the filename was, we may be able to help you better.

It's probably going straight into them because you told it to open the downloaded file instead of saving it somewhere. You shouldn't be searching for bink, but search your temporary internet files folder for *.exe... might find em.

You won't have to worry about apologizing to me. I don't mind helping you out in any way I can. :)

Well I found the files, I think. They are in .pf format. I'll look in my internet folder and look too though.

They are in .pf format.

Interesting. Does "pf" have a connection to Adobe Acrobat Reader? ( like "pdf" )

Or is it something else?
