I've really lost interest in the OC this season. The first was good, very fresh, and really interesting. But season two is just more of the same, only more unnecessarily-epic.

Hmm... OC is for orange county right, in CA?
I just find it funny, the way they name it 'the O.C.'
Reminds me of gangsters... "This is tha hood nigga!"
But instead its a bunch of white people, and the name The O.C. tries to make orange county hip, happening... stylin' yo! This is the O.C., and when ya be cruising down these streets, you be gangsta yo!
Thats the impression I get from it anyways. Why the hell didn't they just call it Orange County. Geez.

T.I. Moves Into Hollywood With A Guest Role On 'The O.C.'
By Jay Casteel
Monday - March 21, 2005
Looks like T.I. is moving into Hollywood, as the rapper headed to Miami on Tuesday (March 15) to film a guest role on the hot TV show, "The O.C."
But as far as using acting skills, the self-proclaimed King of the South didn't really use them because he played himself, as he performed "Bring Em Out" in a concert scene during the show, according to MTV News.
"It's a re-enactment of spring break," T.I. told MTV on the set. "It's a pool-party vibe and I perform at the pool party. It's a lot of extras in bikinis sitting around the pool, a lot of exotic women, the beach, rich white cats kicking it. Everybody's real cool. Everybody was showing love."
According to MTV, the episode is scheduled to air at the end of April or beginning of May.
Even though the Atlanta native doesn't watch much TV due to his hectic schedule, he is planning on expanding his acting career, with this little guest role as the beginning.
"It's a little bit at a time," he told MTV. "We got a few movies in development right now. The guy who wrote 'Shottas,' he wrote a movie called 'Grand Hustle' for [me and my crew, the Pimp Squad Clique]. We're trying to work on 'Shottas 2' as well. We got a movie idea we're working on with the guy who did 'Blue Hill Avenue.' He's hot. And we're working on a movie idea just about our life.' "
T.I.'s next single is set to be "ASAP," according to MTV. Currently, the rapper is touring with Fat Joe and Nelly on the Sweat/Suit: Up Close and Personal Tour, while he continues working on the Pimp Squad Clique's debut group album.

I really, really don't understand you.
I thought the only man able to turn men gay was Brad Pitt?Icarusintel said:The OC will make you gay... it made me gay, especially for Seth's rival... can't remember his name offhand, but he was everything you'd ever want in a guy
Raziaar said:Oh come on guys... Its simply the way they chose to name the show... "The O.C." Nobody would normally call it The Orange County. They call it Orange County. Trust me, I lived in CA around orange county, and its just called orange county. Not O.C. Not The O.C.
The whole naming scheme to me just sounds like a big hip hop styled theme to draw people in, and it probably is. I'm just surprised they didn't slap down Mcdonald's "I'm lovin' it"
The show is called "The O.C.", and not "Orange County" as originally planned, because a movie of that name was released shortly before the show premiered.
