Just Cause 2

I'm really looking forward to this game. I haven't played the first game but this looks awesome. Seems like a crazy third person Far Cry mixed with GTA, me want.
 
I really liked the first one despite it's flaws. I have huge expectations for this.
 
Yeah, the first one was good. Just buggy as hell and not exactly much to do. The story was short and even though there is the liberation and side missions, I don't think anyone would want to do all of that.
 
I feel bad, but the one kid when speaking at 1:30 sounds just like Daxflame, and I couldn't stop laughing.

I Am more and more impressed with the improvements that they have made in the sequel.
This looks immensely fun. The vehicle damage alone is impressive.

My biggest gripe with the first game was the vehicle handling and the overall lackluster feel of the cars. They all handled the same. Looks like they have addressed that too.
 
Aww yeah. This looks awesome. Too many games that I am pretty hyped about coming up. D:
 
Wow, I was specifically trying to stay away from this game, but after seeing those videos I've gotten really hyped. The gameplay looks amazing. It looks like they've combined a few ideas from Batman, Ghostbusters(sticking two objects together), and Bionic Commando, which were three games I really liked. This could be a definite buy for me.
 
Oh holy shit. Me and some friends were talking about really awesome old games, and I got to talking about Mercenaries and how dissapointed I was with the second one, and he said to look up this game because apparently it's like the Mercenaries concept with even more cool stuff tossed in. And holy shit, I totally disregarded it because I heard bad things about the original and now I clicked open this thread and

WHAT MERCENARIES 2 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BUT EVEN BETTER. MUST BUY.
 
This game is made in my city, that alone makes it awesome.

Anyway, I enjoyed Just Cause 1, it wasn't great but it was still very fun, I am expecting more of that from the sequel.:)
 
The first Just Cause seemed to me as one of those games that had little hype, or am I just imagining things? Does that mean part 2 won't be as good since it seems to be more hyped?

BTW, if I hadn't played JC1, could I still jump into part 2 and enjoy it just as much, or would I be completely lost?

Its like a James Bond film mixed with straight up ****ing action. The simple fact that the main villain has a pet chameleon chillin' on his shoulder while he plots his nefarious deeds makes this awesome.

It's coming out on all three platforms. Unless they decide to delay the PC version in the last minute.
 
Why does it have to come out the day after my birthday? It would have been a great gift for me :(

Anyway the interactive trailer was cool, quite a fun idea IMO.
 
Hahah, this looks fun. The grappling hook & parachute look to make things interesting.
 
Shitty voice-acting aside, that looks alot of fun. Also Alan Wake as the main character?

It actually looks pretty fun but I refuse to get hyped over anything right now. Might get this later on.
