I'm wondering if there is anyway I can make my machine run quieter, right now it's very loud because it has about 3-4 fans. Is there anything I can do?

Water cooling? Or just get one of those desks where you can put the computer inside and shut the door.

If the fans are loud because they are spining at a high RPM or if they are spining lower but just low quality fans then just buy new quite fans (20-25DBa|30-40CFM).
You could modify them to run on the yellow 5V line by switching it with the red 12V line on the connector, but only if you know what you're doing. ;) It would make them run on the 5V line instead of 12V which makes them spin at quite a bit lower RPM.

There is padding that will absorb sound and vibration that you put on the insides of the case. If you have a window, it will still absorb the noises and vibrations but it won't do as good of a job.
You can get the small round rubber washers for mounting harddrives and fans.

If you have a Northbridge fan, you could switch it out for just a large passive heatsink.
Switch out your CPU heatsink/fan for an all copper cooler with a low RPM fan. (Thermalright/Zalmans). Check for compatibility.

Many cases have a grate or grid over where the fan is and if the holes are small then there is a lot of wind noise. You could cut the grid off and put a standard grill over it. Would increase the possble air flow too.

Use a filter for the front fans, might help with noise a tad but also catches dust.

And the unthinkables...
Turn your PC off? Use headphones? Remove those pesky fans?
