Kid gets arrested for a "threat"

"Anytime you make any threat or possess matter involving a school or function it's a felony in the state of Kentucky,"

rofl :P

Guess I didn't read that very closely, good to have nice intelligent cops :P

Who here lives in Kentucky?
_________

This kid is being punished for writing a zombie story. As it says in the article, he's 18.

Most zombie movies in the US have an R rating. With R rated movies, if you are under 17, you require a parent or guardian.

Logic.

"It's a fake story. I made it up. I've been working on one of my short stories, (and) the short story they found was about zombies. Yes, it did say a high school. It was about a high school over ran by zombies."

Even so, police say the nature of the story makes it a felony

Right, so.... its illegal to write a story about zombies invading a school because that makes you a terrorist?

Riiiiight

Yeah and i was dylan klebold and my mate was eric harris when we drew picture of a gun a few years back in school.

The over-protective nanny state, where criminals walk free and 10 year olds get locked up for life.

It didn't mention nobody who lives in Clark County, didn't mention (George Rogers Clark High School), didn't mention no principal or cops, nothing,"
said Poole. "Half the people at high school know me. They know I'm not that stupid, that crazy.

That proves that he's a terrorist. Execute him!

I think that story is fake too, lots of typos.

The typos are in his quotes though. You're not allowed to change around peoples words. Anyways, it's a good thing that they've locked him up. I think it's pretty clear that he's been planning to ressurect the interred and sweep a scourge of brain hungry undead across the United States of America.

Oh well, cops these days......no wonder why they couldn't catch a REAL terrorist :p

Next headline:

"Zombie-Gate" Hoax
In an attempt to beat the marketing blitz that preceeded the release of Microsoft/Bungie software game "Halo 2", US developer iD unleased a massive plague of zombie obsessed terrorist teenagers in an attempt to rally interest for an expansion to their recent game Doom 3.

[SARCASM]hello?? welcome to the twenty first century. Zombies. we're talking chemical warfare here. this is a great threat to the us, and it should act accordingly.[/SARCASM]

Ok i'm not saying that the whole US is crazy, let's say 70% of it!
That is a huge number nontheless!

anyone in the red places mostlikely has the mentality of someone from the 1880-1960!

This makes me so mad I am going to START AN INTERNET PETITION to release the charges.

:P

No but really that's pretty retarded. Only in America.

Edit: Woah.. I just realised... What if the only reason America is known for stupid stuff, is because the media gets everything!? Take a smaller country... Lots of stupid people could be in there, but we don't know because they don't have such extensive news coverage!

I think I just figured out the secret to the universe.

man, that poor guy. What bugs me even more then that he was arrested is the fact the judge saw fit to charge him and increase his bail.

I smell a lawsuit

america is pretty stupid.

When i was going on holiday to florida , some guy behind me was joking about with his mate, and he mentioned the wod 'bomb' and some security guard heard and dragged him off. :|
