Source engine update

Me: woo getting ready for DOD:source, cant wait till it preloads, i jsut bought iot :)

Computer :dying, restart

I presently reinstall video drivers, cs:s, And then format my entrie hard drive

o look it still doesnt work! lets see what fixes there are on the internet

Sweet FA, tried em all jus tincase none of them even remotly mentioned my error

If i cant play DOD:s when it comes out cos of there fadging update screwing up my pc im am going to be so pissed off

lol well no can do on the computer issue, what graphics card have you got ? and if its Nvidia then have you downloaded the latest drivers ?
And what did it say on the BSOD ? Driver_IRQ_Not_Less_Or_Equal

i got suspended from school for hacking their network once:p

3 days of sitting around at home for that one:p

no lies lol! my parents were rather pissed off

i found aloop hole whihc game me ccess to the server "vol1" which bassically contained all suer data save don each persons area. wiht a little fiddling i could open any ones file in the entire school :)

EDIT: It wasnt an IRQL erros:(

says my nv4disp.dll is yadda yadda

and it dumps memory.! ill post in a sec with what it says let me go crash my pc a second....

Just find it strange I'm only one who finds someone joking about a spree with a gun at school not scary after what happend in USA few years ago?

We tend to take most things lightly, but we still respect them.

Your computer has a video adapter that is based on an NVIDIA chip set.
Your video adapter drivers are corrupted or outdated.

First I try use the manufactuerer retail drivers to try over come a currpt driver install of your gfx card.

Before install make sure you go in safe mode, instal driver there but make sure all previous driverd are gone.
if you still get trouble use lates nivdia driver in safe mode instead.

And if all fails install the latest chipset driver

Also try make sure fastwrites are disabled in bios, big must is latezt mobo drivers ok
