Killing npc_citizen

So I setup an ai_relationship in my map to cause npc_citizen models to hate me and attack on site. The problem I am running into is I cannot damage them. I shoot right through them, but they can kill me. What do I need to do so I can kill them in return? Thanks in advance.

Actually nevermind. I found a way to do it. The 'reciprocal' flag just needed to be set to yes in the ai_relationship entity.
