I honestly don't think crysis looks as good as that.
All who are saying the gameplay looks lame...it looks no different from EVERY other FPS out there. Including ones you prize so highly as HL2. The graphics are fantastic, and while that doesn't make a game, it sure as shit helps.
No one praises HL2 for it's combat. It has other legs to stand upon.
I love your posts, though. You really cannot seem to take a little negative criticism towards ANYTHING PS3 based.

Just as well - the combat sucks moneky balls!
Yeah, Halo was so repetitive imagine how killzone 2 is going to be.Meh! Halo is repetitive.
In fact, every box on our, "What makes an FPS great?" checklist was ticked. Conversely, our, "What makes an FPS shit?" checklist was bare.
Far cry 1 sucked, noones saying far cry 2 sucks now are they?
Meh! Halo is repetitive.
Maybe because Far Cry 1 and 2 were made by completely seperate companies?I love how everyones saying, "well killzone 1 sucked." what does that have to do with killzone 2 looking amazing? Far cry 1 sucked, noones saying far cry 2 sucks now are they?
What are these lies you speak of?Far cry 1 sucked
I was wondering the same thing. I friggin LOVED Far Cry. The demo that was released was THE most fun I have ever had with a demo. You could mod the hell out of it and that made for a ton more fun on top of the already gorgeous graphics and seriously fun gameplay. What are these lies you speak of?
Also Sharks! oh how i loved the sharks.I was wondering the same thing. I friggin LOVED Far Cry. The demo that was released was THE most fun I have ever had with a demo. The folks that didn't like it are probably still sore about the Cryogens (or whatever the mutant-things were called). I must admit I didn't like them that much either, but the rest of the game was awesome. Plus the editor has been my favorite editor since Hammer. Lots of possibilities.
I just wish I was in the beta.
Very interesting. I do trust however that Guerrilla is listening to everything people like this who are in the beta are saying and adjusting accordingly. I mean, they still have 4 months to go--that's a LONG time to tweak which bodes well for all of us.NDA sucks but there's those who don't give a damn about it, like these guys.
Hey congrats! :E
If I'm not mistaken you got a address for the Killzone Beta forum as well? You can post your thoughts there.
I have a question, will Killzone 2 have bot support for playing solo in MP, like Killzone 1 did?
Because I love games that do that.. There aren't many of them left, at least not on the consoles..
Source.Something many modern first-person shooters don't include is bot support. Killzone 2 will include a full offline practice mode where you can play against bots, which Guerrilla says is an ideal way for newcomers to get to grips with the game types, or missions as they're called in the game. Bots can also be used to fill out online games that don't have the desired number of players. We won't know for sure how good they are until we've sunk hours and hours into the multiplayer, but they're said to mimic the play of human players, working towards the mission goals, using abilities and weapons in a realistic manner. It sounds very promising indeed.
I know. I don't know why it is not more standard to include bots in all multiplayer titles. What a pain it can be to fill out a match sometimes. Other times I would just rather not play against real people who can be quite problematic and anoying. (So can bots, but in different ways. )Thank god.. Most recent console FPS I played that had MP bots was probably Perfect Dark Zero.
