So I've finished the assassin missions, now i have nothing to do? I just run around the city killing people or hang out with Roman. What should i do?

The last thing happend is that guy from the hospital told me he'll call me soon
then nothing happend.

Oh and i did call everyone in my phonebook, nobody answers. Also i'm dating Kate now

Guy from the hospital being Gambetti? Have you met your mutual friend? If so, did he say he had a nice surprise for you after that mission? If so, you're waiting on a call. Probably best to not engage in any activities that would stop it coming through, but it shouldn't take too long... and make sure your phone isn't on sleep mode.

retry from the previous mission sounds like the best option.... if you alternate savegame spaces like me that is!

EDIT: you got a digital camera that you can use to take a pic of your game map??

You probably unknowingly randomly hit one of the crucial game characters as they were out grabbing a hotdog or something and thus the game can no longer continue.
