Korean Children's Artwork About Japan

the rest is right, but how do you know that. I mean it was ruled by an emperor and not a democratic leader who represented the majority.

I don't mean that the govt represented the democratic will of the people. What I meant was that the Tokyo trial made out that a small group of people within the government (and not the government itself) were responsible for the policy which led to war, so the emperor was absolved of all responsibility. This is crud, since the emperor had an active role in govt at the time of the war.

But anyway, the result of that was that the average Japanese person came to think "well, why should I reflect on what my country has done when even our emperor has been cleared of any wrongdoing". So scholars say anyhow.

Jeez you can say that again, America (as a whole) has no understanding of French (or most of europe's) culture.

Oh, pick me pick me! I do I do!

I lived in Belgium for a year and France for 4 months. It's really not that different on the big scale, but yeah there are tiny differences.

Of course I agree, although most of that "hate" is purely childish detestment, not really anything powerful. I think some people just view the hate as passionate hate, and that makes them really hate the people who hate someone. If I haven't lost you by now, you win.

That's great....Korea hates Japan more then we hate French..

Like Pesmerga said I don't think many French/Americans "HATE" each other. As in, a mob of either nationality would lynch one of the other etc. It's detestment, but it's kind of how you don't like a coworker, not like how a racist hates a minority.

"That asshole Bob...ugh. He ALWAYS jammers on in meetings for over an hour about nothing! I hate him!"

I don't hate French people at all. In fact, I think that French women tend to be more attractive, but only a certain look which is sorta "french." My old boss was French and she was awesome.

I don't understand why all these people can tell the point of view and the opinions of a person.. just because they live in a country. Extreme nationalism is a more defined term for racism. You're allowed to hate a country's government for what they do, but you aren't allowed to catogorize people that live there. Stereotypes oftentimes don't work. And don't give me any "America is a democracy, so you're the government and I hate you" because that's ridiculous :P

And yeah, you're right, liberals are a minority in the government. And 49% or whatever of people who voted for Kerry are also a minority. Males, they are a minority, too, didya know that? But I wouldn't say:
how cum americka h8 minorities/muslims/males?//???
either. I don't really see where.. liberals... face any sort of terrible discrimination. Its not even like people can say "Hey that guy is a liberal!" just from seeing them. So, I'm gonna go out on a limb, and say that I'm not gonna fight for equality for... liberals. I consider myself on the liberal side of lots of issues, and I'm pretty sure I don't need help.

rant lol

Ah, well. Thats whats happening in my country today, we hate Japan.

Yes. :|

Dok-do is our land!

Nationalism for teh win! We are superior!
