This is the game Monkey Ball BB should have been
The controls are wonderful - it's far easier to play than say the name of the damn game - and the music is as twee as could be. If you were a fan of the original Monkey Ball, or games like Marble Madness/Zany Golf/Mercury Meltdown (i've a soft spot for anything that involves trying to get a tiny ball through a maze of some kind), then definately check this out.
Personally, it was worth getting the game simply because I would have gone through my entire life without screaming **** you you ****ing marble otherwsie. One downside is the lack of fullscreen 16:9 support - it gives borders ala Resident Evil 4. I've found setting the screen to 4:3 in the game options and using a 14:9 stretch gives great results though. I'm also not sure how long it will last - so far i'm storming through the game. Apparently it get rock hard later.
So far Kororinpa rocks - the perfect sit back and chill game. Up there with the best on the Wii imo.
