This isn't a beta...it's a demo...and you get early access by pre-ordering...
 
This does work!

I tried this before Gray Fox made the thread, so im not sure if I left the ID space blank or whether I randomly filled it. Anyway, they sent me a code which I used in the "Redeem Code" area and it's downloading the demo! Which by the way is 1.24gb. So not only can I play this early, but im fairly sure this means that when the demo eventually is released to everyone, I wont have to wait ages for it to download :)

Thanks again to whoever told me first, and cheers for posting a thread about it gray fox.

aww that sucks, i would be playing it on my PC but, my graphics card is broken.
 
Hmm, well I got accepted, just gotta wait for the email.
 
On the PC, you have to use the "Activate a Product on Steam" at the top under "Games" to get it.

edit: Well I got the game but through different means. The single player seems pretty mediocre. I'm not shelling out $45+ for this.
 
Confirmed working here. Took a couple of days to get a code, but I'm downloading now...
 
it worked. i tried it for the 360 and it took a few days but i got the email. rofl
