L4D2 "Insecure in launch options" problem

Where is this setting located in the L4D2 folder? I want to change that to secure.

I've deleted that link because it seemed incredibly suspicious. If you need to post an image, use the attachment feature, or a website like imgur. Also please explain your problem

Some setting in the configuration is preventing me from playing in any online servers. I can't find where that setting is.

This is just a guess, but in Steam, rightclick Left 4 Dead 2 -> Properties -> Set Launch Options -> remove -insecure.

EDIT: this might give you some answers, but it won't solve it.
