Looks great, that's better than my desktop (minus video card)

That laptops video card is a : ATI Radeon Mobility 9600 Pro Turbo 128MB w/TV Out

Not top of the line but i'm sure it will handle hl2 just fine beinhd a dx9 card... you should be able to run med-high detail levels just fine. If you got the $2000 to blow lol more power to ya. Hell that'll probably run it better than my desktop......

go to a place like discountlaptops.com and buy their chembook 2056. Cheapest laptop possible that comes with a radeon 9700 mobility. It's also known as the cl56.
