I dont know if this has been posted yet, but this is really cool, just discovered it tonight. At the end when you are going into the hanger with Eli and Alyx, turn on "noclip" VIA the console, then follow where dog went behind the hangar, take a right and you will find the two advisor bast*rds sitting there. Open fire on them with everythig you have untill they do not respond (dead), then go back around the front turn off noclip and go thru the door per normal and watch the strange sequence that follows!

You have to use the console.
