Now that most people who browse this section have become used to the game, is anyone interested in league / ladder play? There are a number of "kickoff" tournaments with signups currently open with some leagues having deadlines in the coming weeks.

As of now, there are two leagues offering BC2 tournies in which I have experience in from COD2 & COD4. Neither of these are really "hardcore"/professional leagues, meaning you probably won't be going up against the best of the best who get paid to play the game.

1) Team Warfare League (TWL)

2) Xtreme Professional League (XPL) ((don't let the name fool you).

I know for sure TWL is free to play and I'm pretty sure XPL is as well. The one possible downside is that both gamemodes are Conquest, and teams have to be of at least 8 players.

Still, you'd have to train. Might be a bit much for me too. I'll gladly be a sub though.

We could still train using the time you'd spend in a pub. Most people at the moment probably spend 1-2 hours a night on pubs, and we'd really only need 15 mins to go over strats and stuff.

I typically can't be on too much since I'm not always with my computer.. but I guess it'd be pretty neat.

My team signed up for the ESL tournament, so i cant play for another team/tournament atm. Cant wait to kick some ass, or get our asses handed to us :/ lol

i work during the entire day and rarely have time for "Practice games". The only time I get to play in a practice/match would be on the weekend, when the matches really are. *Saturday or Sundays usually*

I'm not in. Aside from real-life occupations, I don't think I'd enjoy BC2 as a competitive game.
