Yeah i had shenmue on the dreamcast...it was an ace game but too short. I loved the whole going to work thing in the forklift truck

Yeh that was so good I just remember blowing all my money in the arcade though heh. That 50 man battle thing was sweet as well. Never got the second one - I may get it for Xbox, probably cheap now as well

But back on topic - I can't see any reason why Sony would change the controller design anyway, it's a tried and tested design, everyone knows it and it's easy to get to grips with. Sure, it could be improved - but changing it would surely just cause everyone to moan anyway

Why do so many people who play with a GC controller once suddenly hate it? I personally thought the controller looked stupid at first - but now I think it's the best of the three systems. It's designed with ergonomic comfort in mind, and does it better than I ever thought possible. I can control most GC games without even putting a second thought into what I'm pressing. It's just like a part of my hand because the button placement is absolutely amazing. The A button is the largest because it's the most used, X and Y are extremely easy access and they're usually most used next to B, which is just a thumb roll away. You don't have to move your thumb nearly as much to use the buttons on a GC controller than with anything else - I sometimes get caught with PS controllers now because the buttons are so far apart.
The only button I ever need to think about is Z, which is awkwardly placed but it's the least used button on the pad - usually only for map purposes.

Dreamcast controller was total ass. WAYYY too big and didnt fit the hand well at all. 10x worse than the big X-Box controller.

Imo the N64 controller was not that good. It was an okay control but it felt kinda weird to use. And that little joystick would always break and get worn after a while..

Amen on the joystick, overall I liked it, but that joystick...
