Led Zep Reunion gig

Oh just **** off. You're good but you're not that good. I'll wait for a live recording thanks.

£125?! **** me sideways.

Well my birthday is on the 5th... quids in :D

I'd pay.

I got yelled at by an open-air preacher today for wearing a Led Zeppelin shirt, apparently they're false idols and I'm going to hell for liking them.

Oh dear.

You see...it's dear...expensive...****it.

125 quid? What a rip off. They won't see penny one from me.

It's simple..you have money, they want it. They know hardcore fans will pay absurd ticket prices, and they want to capitalize on it.

True, and they can go to hell for basically robbing their fans. Ffs I only just payed over that for a whole 3 day festival of bands.

They won't be at all, seeing that this gig alone is proof that Led Zep couldn't give two shits about the fans whatsoever. They will sit on their piles of money without a care in the world for the fans whilst they rake in more from the extortionate price of this gig. I mean, this is just blatent asshattery at it's highest - Led Zep of all bands, overrated and as shite as they are aside, charging 125 quid. What's the deal there? A good cause, doing the gig for a dead contributer/founder or whatever to Atlantic Records? Right, like Robert Plant and his bellend of a group need funds raised to contribute to something like that.

I wouldn't even pay 2 quid for them to be honest. If I wanted to be bored to death I'd listen to the UK's attempt at 'indie' or somesuch.

Worse still, you'd have to sit through Paulo Nutino. **** sakes, who cares about this guy apart from his rowdy drunken quirks at the Scottish? No bother, he'll be forgotten soon enough anyway.

You know all the money that Led Zeppelin is making on this show is going to the Ahmet Ertegun Education Fund, there not making money off it.

Yeah, I know, but Led Zep are positivly rolling in money (I've met Robert Plant a few times in Dudley and Wolverhampton and just looking at him reeks of money) why charge 125 quid for a gig that they could donate two times the amount to themselves. I think it's cool that they're doing a gig, as theres obviously going to be a fanbase who wants to see them and has not had the chance to see them, but charging 125 quid is just ridiculous. Theres absoloutly no need for it. If they charged the standard 'big band in London price' of, say, 50 quid or so that'd be understanable.

Indeed, besides Rolling Stones have been known to charge £150-£160 for their current gigs and all of that money went straight into their pockets.

So who are worse now?

I don't think you guys are getting this.

Led Zeppelin.

Reunion.

One show only.

Regardless of your feelings on the band, do you really, honestly think there's any chance in hell that's going to come cheap?

I guess my rant is also fueled by the fact that, regardless of fund raising, I don't think Led Zeppelin are worth more than normal ticket price, but that's just my opinion so we'll steer clear of that because we know how some people get when, god forbid, someone doesn't like Led Zepellin.

EDIT: I bet they won't do one show anyway - theres been what, 20 million (plus more by now, I guess) people trying to get tickets over the last week or so. They won't put down the chance to make more money for something like this.

Wait a minute. All this aside, don't Plant and Page ****ing hate eachother?
