Yes they should. You aren't paying for it. You're buyng for one item and getting another item free. How is that not free? Have they changed the price of the original item?
No, you're paying for something else.
That is different. The phone is a standard part of those contracts, it isn't additional/extra.
And it isn't the case here.
In gaming terms that's like updates to a subscription based game (MMOs) rather than free DLC for a game you buy once.
Yes but still it is advertised as "free" just as you said that they wouldnt be able to do that.
Case closed.
What do you mean, "you people"?
Anyway your opinion is not that endorsed by law. Companies are allowed to advertise things as "Buy 1 get 1 free", "X free with purchase of Y" etc. yet by your 'logic' none of those things can ever be advertised as being free.
Once you're done ranting at Valve I guess you're gonna have a lot of class action suits on your hands.
You fail at basic common sense and intelillgence.
Sure.
This thread makes me sad. The fact that you're even arguing this is retarded. Your grammar and spelling isn't helping much either.
It's sounds like they're adding so little that this might be free on the 360.
I've got a suspicion that after the disconnect between what Valve wanted to do and what MS let them do for TF2 they tried to get some other kind of deal going for L4D. So it wouldn't surprise me if the DLC was free for the 360 as well. It's sounds like they're adding so little that this might be free on the 360.
Thats right, if you two don't shut your traps I'll turn this thread right back around :frown:.
I'm afraid Microsoft doesn't look at it that way. I don't know much about the console stuff, though. Have they ever released game updates that actually added new content to a game for free? I thought they always charged for map packs and new game modes and such.
lool.buy to get truly free
