LEGAL DVD ripping

I have several .VOB files i want to string together so i don't have to continuesly click on the .VOB to run the movie so i was wondering if there is any software that will let me do that

Select all videos -> Right click on first video -> Play? Or is that too simple?

I dunno about how to do it. But when you say legal its a very big word because its very different from country to country, and someplaces (like here in Denmark) it feels like its different from week to week. Sorta like Bush'es popularity
