Anyone else seen this movie? I just watched it, and I have got to say that this is one of the best movies I have ever seen. In fact, I think its my new favorite movie.

Agreed! One of the best movies of ALL time.

Jean Reno, Gary Oldman, Natalie Portman INSANE performance!

Yeah, that movie was great, I used to watch it a lot as a kid. They dont show it very much anymore on T.V

I bought the DVD based on what I heard on this forum, before I had even seen it, and it's now one of my favourite movies of all time

Get me eveyone.

Everyone?

EVERYONE!

very good movie. I especially liked gary oldman.

Yep, very good movie. Although the UK title for it is just "Leon" which is infinately cooler.

Haha, i love that part.

P.S.What is it with the guy Oldman plays cracking his neck whenever he took those pills. Does anyone know what they were?

Is that the one with the badass car chase in France? Or was that Ronin? I can't remember Leon properly, but I know it was awesome.

That was Ronin. Have Leon on DVD, my favourite action film.

Leon is a great movie, everyone in the world should see it, especially the part where Leon is taking the girl around teaching her how to perform hits.

Best quote ever. Gary Oldman just oozes evil.

I love Leon, such a great sad film, I think there were some controversy over Natalie Portman's character age and parts of the plot.

What was her real life age when they filmed that? I think the characters age was 12.

bloody good film. reno, oldman, and portman are great in it.

GODAMNIT!!!!

I thought this was a sequel that was just announced or something. Here in Australia it's just known as "The Professional". Godamn, I was so exited especially reading the first posters' comments. Oh well.

Born in 1981, film was released in 1994. So around 12/13?

Yeah, most sites say 12, one or two say 13.

Yeah, i found some of the film abit...scary, the way Portman gets abit sexual and looks up to the hit-man (is his name Leon? i cant remeber, probably is)... it was a good film, great performances but I wasnt sure wether it was an action film or a soppy guy becomes father figure love film. It was neither in a way and i suppose thats what makes it so good.

Wow, she did some amazing acting considering her age. I guess some people are just really talented at certain things.

Ohh yeah, I remember this. The end made me sad. :(

The end wasn't sad because it was so AWESOME. If he died from a gunshot it would've been lame and sad, but this was one of the best endings ever.

Agreed. But it was sad.

yeah great film, the scene where oldman wipes out matildas family is pretty badass, love the music there too, humorous film too, love the milk scenes lol...

Damn that Luc Besson!
He needs to make another Movie of his own again and stop producing those lame Transporter esque movies already
