I think a lot of the stores in pike place would be closed,There would be cp's standing around everywhere and what else.......Oh ya and mayby a citadel right by the space needle.anything else?I know there is stuff I left out but I want other people to tell what they think would be major changes

Come on man, 7 Hour war. That pretty much says it all I think, doesn't matter where the hell you're from. Hell, you watched Episode 2 of Civil Protection, it's more or less all covered in that. I haven't played HL2 Episode 1 yet, but my basic theory is that the Combine could crush humanity anytime they want to, but it would require a lot more effort and it would be more beneficial to them to treat Earth like a colony instead. The fact that you have rebellions and City 17 overthrown just means they're being sloppy.

I take that back, the Rebels could win if they could do one of the following:
1. Engineer a virus that is lethal to the Combine, but not humans
2. Find a way to permanently shut down the portals to Xen and wherever else they could come from
