Letters in new screenshot

Has anyone elce seen the letters "SA" in this screen shot? Its in red letters near the middle of the flaming zombie.

It says "saved" as in someone saved the game. This has been discussed before.

It's obviously warchalking. AP means Access Point, so all those Combine know where they can get internet.
