A few months ago I Strained my pec doing military presses sans warming up first. For the first few days I could barely use my left arm, it has since gotten better, my left pec is just painful most of the time. I can lift just as much with my left side as my right, it just hurts. I've been abstaining from military presses as they aggravate it. This has been going on since mid march. Seems like nothing helps...taking days off does nothing...been taking a week off and it's still not improved at all. Wondering if it's a nerve injury or something. Blah. Advice HL2.net?
