Hi evreyone, for the past few days I've been playing around with XSI's lighting and rendering capabilities, and I finally came to a point where I could create nice renders for showing off models. The type of render people can comment on, or that you can post on your mod webpage.

I have attached to the message a render of the XSI female head, using what I've learnt for the past days.

Do you want a tutorial on how to produce similar renders in XSI? It would cover all the steps from lighting to rendering. Let me know.

That would be really nice seeing as there are very few lighting tuts.

Sure go ahead, do a good job and I'll sticky it for you. Just bare in mind you'll have to dumb it down for those who have only just picked up the program and don't understand it too well yet.

I've been out for a while, just found these replies now, while looking for an old thread ;). Right now I'm working on a modeling tutorial, but after that I'll probably work on this, thanks!
