I think over 80% of the people are not using Outlook for their emails.

I use Gmail. or hotmail site to access into my accounts. So I really don't care about the evil Microsoft and their future plans

Yup, I'm sure spammers will stop abusing hotmail accounts by forcing them to pay $20 to use Outlook.
