Is there anyway to link media players over the internet, so that two computers would be watching the same video at the same time?
The reason I want this is because I watch a lot of game trailers, and I like to discuss them with friends, and most of the time all you can hear on teamspeak is
"Wow, thats cool"
"Which bit are you watching?"
"Um, the bit with the mech"
"The first bit or the second bit?"
"Um, the first I think, I don't remember a mech before"
and so on and so on
So, as I say, is there any way to link any sort of media player so we know we are all at the same bit of the video?
And before anyone says "Just click play at the same time", thats only good if you start watching a video at the same time. For example, a mate is watching a QW:ET vid I have already seen. I would happily watch it again to discuss it, but he would not want to restart, and syncing part way through is a pain.
