I got a few books (The Torchwood Archives (that's now my new Torchwood Bible!), Something in the Water by Trevor Baxendale (another from the Torchwood novel series), the I Can Has Cheezburger book (yes, I do still find lolcats funny!) and a Christmas guide book which is full of festive recipes and craft ideas (I love that kind of thing!)), a couple of DVDs (Monsters Inc. 2-disk edition and My Neighbour Totoro), some CDs (MGMT Orracular Spectacular, Fall Out Boy I Don't Care (the single) and an Alkaline Trio single that I forget the name of), a new hard disk drive, a scarf and gloves set (which'll find very useful!) and a Torchwood calender.

Well I ended up with:

- R6: Vegas 1 for 360

- Mortal Kombat vs. DCU Kollectors Edition (yea it's spelled with a K) for 360 (good game btw, already beat MK storyline, sort of short, but it's not really about the story with this game, it's a fighting game, still gotta beat DCU storyline)

- Wii Music (actually pretty fun)

- House of the dead 2 and 3 (comes in 1 disc) for the Wii - awesome nostalgia, very fun)

- Far Cry Vengeance for Wii (terrible, but I can tell my mom got it in a bargain bin, it has remnants of one of those huge bargain bin stickers stickers on the front)

- Sheet Music for a whole shitload of Rush songs (my favorite gift)

I ended up with $430. Not bad, I'm going to go buy a PC with it, just for sound recording.

Not the best xmas I've ever had, but pretty good still.

I pooled my collective extended family Christmas resources toward a new 26" widescreen 1080p monitor, and with some of my savings I bought a GTX260 to go with it. My bro got me some RAM too. Hallelujah for holiday savings! Successful haul. I miss being a kid though, coming downstairs and seeing all the awesome new toys you got... I'm just waiting for this stuff to come from Newegg

Hehe i haven't really used it that much yet but it is very good. The backlight is pretty cool as well as the "touchscreen" music and volume controls. (Not really a screen but when you touch the symbols it does what it shows, but there are no buttons.) A couple complaints i have is that in a well lit room you can't see the keys very well and the whole board really picks up fingerprints and smudge marks. Other than that it is comfortable and the keys are relatively quiet so it doesn't sound like a bird is walking on the keyboard when playing.

Another thing that look useful but i really don't know how to use it are the headset, microphone, and usb ports on the backside of it. I am guessing you plug your headset and maybe mouse into those to save USB ports?

I'll get back to you more when i try it out in COD4 and let you know how response times are and the supposedly "anti-ghosting."

Ennui, the Razer keyboard is wonderful, it's just great. Only bad part is the lack of a backlight, and the annoying pulsating light on the handrest(although you can disable it, like with the mouses.) It matches my Lachesis.

Nothing amazing, but it wasn't a bad X-mas.

The only thing extremely shitty about my Christmas is the fact that I'm down in Texas with my family doing jack shit compared to hanging out with all of my friends. I mean, yeah it's my family, and I should be grateful, but honestly, my friends will be gone in a few weeks, and I want to spend all of my time with them. Oh, and I was just down here about 1.5 weeks ago so this is a completely ****ing pointless trip.

Also, I think I'm getting this from my mother as a late gift as I told her rather late, but when/if it comes in, it'll be my second favourite gift next to that AA hoodie.
