Littlebigplanet coming septermber

I am sorry it is taking so long but this type of game must be an absolute b!tch to QA. Should be exceptionally smooth and awesome when it does release though. :thumbs: Gimme that public Beta in the Spring though!!!
 
September? That's pretty far away. What exactly is making it take so long? It looks practically finished in all the gameplay videos out there.
 
Christ... they're taking some time with this one. It does look really good though.

Good... that means I won't have to buy a PS3 until nearly 2009. That's perfect because Littlebigplanet was the only game I ever planned on purchasing for a ps3 anyways.

Anyway ... I'm sort of glad its so far off. I don't see myself buying a PS3 for anything other than LBP.
 
Agreed, I'm not a console person at all (last console our family got was the n64) but LBP turned me on to the PS3. I like buying the stuff that everyone else doesn't have (in other words, I generally don't like feeling like I'm on a bandwagon. Nothing on the 360 interests me that the ps3 wouldn't have, and the Wii is interesting but if I'm going to buy a console I want something basic before I decide I want an interesting console as well. Plus, the Wii doesn't have any games I really want. Also, my close friend has a 360 and a Wii) The PS3 cought my eye when it was boasting all its physics simulation power, specifically those tech demos. I look forward to physics-rich games on the PS3.

Though I have no idea when I'm getting a PS3, depends on how much money I have around the time LBP comes out or sometime after that... Currently there are way more things I would rather spend my money on than a PS3.
 
Cool and all, but it just needs to come to the 360 then I'll be uber excited!
 
Maybe not the betting type. I'd put 10,000 yen down this game is successful.

Hey don't laugh at Combine Hybrid, he has an agenda, which is to bad mouth and troll the PS3 till Kingdom Come, he'll look till the most remote corners of the internet to post a link to any news bashing the PS3, and if it has to be with Star Craft so be it! :cheese:
 
To be honest, i've never understood what the fuss is about this. . .map builders in platformers are nothing new. . . i think this is going to be a Forge. It looks like it's going to be alot more than it really is.

BTW, I'm getting PS3 soon, so you can't say I'm an anti-sony. I also bash both Nintendo and Microsoft time to time. Anyway, bashing Sony is like a trend in this board.
