i thought the movie was excellent, the "plot" as it were was good enough - it demonstrated what it was like to live in city 17, which im guessing was the point of it, also once stuff starts happening i found it to be quite comic...in a subtle kind of way 
Im guessing hes not a multi-millionaire so dont complain about the cgi it was good enough
