Oh and on the non vowel word, I tried finding those once, and there are a ton.

I came to the conclusion that all words use vowels, or the vowel form of y.

Organic molecules shouldn't count - rattle off one of your chromosomes and we'll be here for a week. Technically they're words, but they don't show up in the dictionary for the same reason that not all numbers show up in the dictionary. If you want to vie for the longest word, look up your favorite carbon nanotube and start counting.
