I thought advertising was bad?
well it is, but he is saying that he will be in the HL2.net west coast servers. (the servers owned by HL2.net)

although we can't really have people making threads just for this (it would happen way too often)

The problem is that the servers are alway empty unless somebody posts a thread about it. Within 5 minutes of this thread, there were people in the server besides me. That wouldn't have happened without this thread.

I don't think I would mind threads like this as long as they are not to numerous and people don't post in them. They should serve as announcement that somebody is going into the server.

a better idea would be adding a line to your signature, and remove it when you were done.
perhaps it would be a good idea to have some kind of sticky thread on CS:S servers, so that you could post in it with the time, and let people know what you are doing and where you are going to be playing.

however I do know that our servers are mostly empty unless one or more of us actually joins it, and then waits for others.

That is a good compromise. Mods, can you create a sticky?

Since the mods never made a sticky (conspiracy I must say :D), this is just a notice that I'm now entering the official HL2.net West Coast Server.

IP Address: 65.75.167.100:27015

I'm going in the CA server now, I need a few people to come and join me :).

If you don't know why I'm posting in this thread, I feel sorry for you. :(

I'm going into the Texas one now. I get higher pings on it than the CA one but I'm getting tired of Office. The TX IP is: 66.98.188.97:27025

I'm double posting now :p. Going into the CA one, see you there blahblahblah and Mr. Redundant.

hehe yeah you read me like a book, however I will be leaving soon, got a lot of work to do today. (moving office)

Joining the CA one again. Someone fixed the map rotation too! Thanks whoever :p.
