When I first read this post, I actually thought you meant physically maintain a set of servers and switches, and make sure the back-up tapes get done on a daily basis, or something. How very wrong I got it.

Generally it's a good idea to post an in-depth job description if you want people to take the time to apply for it. "help manage the network" doesn't cut it.

--Job description sheet 001: Network Leader--
The network leader runs everything. Forum, site, etc. He/she is sure to upload the site in case of down time, and is responsible to make sure nothing goes wrong. Has the advantage of having a role in what goes on in the network.

A network leader must be online daily to check on the network, and must help keep things running.

A network leader must follow instructions from owner to keep his job.

Violation of the above will result in being kicked from the job.
