Looking for a good RPG, PvP, factions/nations server.

I've seen some stuff on the Minecraft forums about PvP and faction servers. Does anyone know of any good ones?

I'm looking for one that is relatively new and has room to grow and develop.

I'd like a server that has rules to keep it from being a grief-fest. (can't destroy another factions city unless you are "at war" ... or something like that) But I also don't want it to be a pansy server where ALL they do is RP. I want WAR, destruction, and grudges... as well as trade and diplomacy.

A government and economy system would be nice.

If anyone is on a good nation/PvP server I can join yours.

maybe we could start out own server or get a HL2.net group together and go start a nation in a server.

RP stuff for games always sounds nice at first.. it tends to fall on its face in practice, though.

I'm not really looking for roleplay, but a server the incorporates the idea of team competition, like in Counter Strike or TF2, into the exploration and building of Minecraft.
