Looking for a particular game

Here's all I remember:

I don't think it's been released yet. It's a side-scrolling platform game and there's [maybe] some melee and [maybe] a chainsaw. I think it has a one or two word title, it's called Shoot Out, or Blaze something along those lines, what the ****. Hardly the only thing I can remember was a sunset and running & gunning and crazy combat moves.

Someone posted a video of the gameplay about a year ago and I haven't heard about it since. This could have been at E3, and they hadn't announced what systems it was coming out for.

So, what happened to that game? I think it had it's own thread, and several of us were interested. It was probably posted by Warbie.

Klei signs with EA Partners for Shank

Since we debuted the game at PAX, we’ve been asked over and over what platform the game is going to be on. We’ve been coy about it, mostly because it was never finalized and I didn’t want to make promises we couldn’t keep. But now, finally, I can come out and say: Klei is working with EA Partners and bringing Shank to Xbox LIVE Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC!
