Looking for CS:S plugin...

Ok, when I was playing on a CS:S server they had some kind of music plugin that could play songs and you didn't have to downlaod them. (No it wasn't mani) Does anyone know where I can get this kind of plugin?

I remember when I joined the server I didn't have to downlaod anything. It somehow streamed it to each of the clients.
