Hey guys, I've been looking at a new case because my current case that I have.... well lets just say it's bad. Anyways, the two cases I've been looking are:

Kingwin Mutant X
http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811170020
Tight looking case, has character and different from the normal flat front kinda normal looking case. I like the blue leds and am going for the flashy stuff.

Powmax Terminator
http://3btech.net/sipotecawtwo.html
Also cool looking, not as much as a wow factor as the mutant X but still tight. I really like the pulsating lights and the leds fans.

These are the two cases that I'm debating on, so if you dont mind I'd like you guys just to maybe sway my decision. A power supply isn't a factor (infact I dont want one), because I'll just put my brand new Enermax Noisetaker 420 Watt in it. I like the white with blue leds and if anyone has other tight looking cases that you might think I'd be interested in (was trying to look for a gamer case with a handle, but didn't like anything I saw), go ahead and post them. Thanks for the input and please no "It doesnt matter about the fancy case just whats in it!" posts because my stuff in it is good...for now.

I like the first one better. Blue light really stands out in a dark room and if they are blinking it would be an even bigger distraction.

I've never been an fan of the whole light thing...

Good point there about them being distracting, I didnt really think about it, but it would probably be cool for 2 seconds then get annoying.

I don't know about the flashing lights, but lights on the PC are not distracting. It's just something I look at while I'm waiting for the map to load.

Ugh...those things are ugly. :|

....but each his own.

New Case

Everyone has their own opinion, so I won't try to sell you. Just want to give you another choice. Check them out. Later, jrb

Sure..Don't forget that was my opinion and as such don't take it.If you like those cases then buy one of them.

Heres some of the ones I like...you might not have the money to buy them, but you asked what cases I like it. :p

MountainMods.com UFO case:

Note:They have diffrent versions of that case on their site...check'em out.

CoolerMaster:
Praetorian

Well those are some of the cases I like...I really don't like those cheap plastic looking cases, but again each his own....I understand if you are on a budget and those are the only cases you can get or want.

If you have the money tho try and go for nice silverstone/lian li/coolermaster/etc...

They are great for modding if you want to do that.

Lian Lis look crappy in my opinion and are to exspensive i would go with this case plenty of fans and it looks good http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=IC-TR-N
They may look a little bland or crappy, but they are way better in quality then some sunbeam case.

Again...each his own.

Also if you want plenty of fans check out that UFO case.

Yeah, we do defenitely differ in opinions but I'm sure those are better quality, quiteness and are better for air movement. Although quality is an important aspect I'm going for the stylish, sleek look.

someone buy this case.

Two words; Asus Vento

That is a tight case, although I have much better things to spend $170 dollars on, there is another case that is pretty sweet:

Raidmax Samurai
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewprodu...ption=11-156-156&CMP=OTC-pr1c3watch&ATT=Cases
I can get this case for about 100 dollars without the power supply and is hella sick.

Hehe is that a case or a car from the future?
It's suppose to be an Alienware knock off. :p

I will admit...it does look nice even tho I don't like plastic cases much.

Those cases are both amazing. Only reason I went for the MGE Sidewinder was because of cost. If I had more than $55, I would have went with the Shark or the Kandalf. I would suggest the Chassis Series though. It looks great.

do NOT go with Powmax, They make VERY cheap products, do not waste your time and money. heh.

Alright guys, well..since you turned me away from both of those cases I would like some more suggestions and at a decent price. Thanks for the input so far, and Griz do you know off hand the price estimate for those cases cause I kinda like them even though they arent the stylish things.

Its the beta version of their new website. Now stop trying to take over this thread.

Thank you Shamrock I think I am gonna go with the Tsunami case or the Samarai one I showed earlier. I just wish I didnt have to spend 100$ on just a case.
