I think its just a stand alone level
But they are uptading the actual game to include HDR

Its a stand alone level (like a mini mission pack) and a new graphics update for the whole game.

I wonder how big the level is? Like i don't imagine it to be as big as a chapter in HL2.

I'm thinking this new coast level will be alot like "Uplink" for the original HL. Small, but jam-packed with cool gameplay.

I noticed in the video that a poison headcrab was walking along the floor, so it must take place in or around the same time as the Combines arrived (assuming the Combine created the poison headcrabs).

Well, we're definately playing Gordon, so it would have to be set in the time of the Combine oppression.
