Lost Everything In FireFox

Please help i started Firefox today to find i lost everything, my bookmarks,settings and my add-ons are still installed but not on the tool bars. I really had Firefox just the way i liked it and i would love to restore to how it was yesterday.

it's all still there - firefox does this from time to time
just go to the mozilla folder in application data in your documents and settings user folder and delete the newer profile.
normal service shall resume

I only have one profile in my Profile folder. The folder is called "lf8p5jdh.default" am i looking at the right thing?

Mine does that after updates.

It usually just goes back to normal.

Restore your bookmarks from the backup folder.

I got some of the Bookmarks, but the latest backup was 06-11-02 so i have lost a few. Well i have learned my lesson don't count on Firefox to save my Bookmarks.

WTF, my ff saves 1 backup everyday, and deletes it after 5 days.
