what is the difference between Moderator, SUPER MODERATOR *tun tun!!!* admin etc.

In fact could I have a complete staff list, along with a brief explanation (1000 words or more) about how it is running halflife2.net attached with the responsibilities and how you have sometimes to retire a mod *put down the lock thread, put it down, OKAY MOVE IN*

LAYP: From what I gathered from one of the posts above, Super Moderators can ban people while normal moderators can't. Among others things probably.
 
I never dreamed this thread would receive so much attention. Pretty much, I was deliriously tired after a stressful day, saw another Halo 2 vs. Half-Life 2 thread and flipped.

Meanwhile, all of my better thought-out posts quickly die. Hmmm....
