Makeing Skins

Does anyone know of a program that you can make skins?? Or how to make skins? ... ( and please don't say Google it )

skins for what exactly ? . you need to be a little more specific.
and FOR GODS SAKE CHANGE YOUR FONT SIZE.

Skins as in.. for like role play servers .. like someone can change their skin to Alex or Gman or somthing .. how can you make those?

thats done server side. you have to download a special script and change the models.
