In answer to the question. I think I read someone else somewhere once made the analogy that doing from uncut to cut is like going from Colour TV to Black & White in terms of sensitivity. I would fully support that statement. Back when I was uncut, the exposed head & shaft was incredibly sensitive to touch. After I was cut it took a good month so before I'd gotten desensitised to the feel of clothing against the newly exposed skin. It was pretty painful at times, but yes eventually the skin & head does become way way less sensitive.

you can't cut a bigger hole I'm afraid, because the foreskin its effectively a circular flap of skin that sheathes the penis all the way around and inside and out (at rest its effectively 2 layers of skin forming the hood). In a normal situation this flap of skin should retract fully to allow the glans to be exposed, but in my case this didn't happen because the hood hadn't expanded as I'd grown. Needless to say erections were pretty painful, because the foreskin was constantly taut when I was at attention (sex was a delicate rather than rough thing accordingly) . It is possible to address these things with steroids apparently, but unfortunately in my case surgery was required. Effectively they cut away the entire hood (about 3.5 -5 inches of skin given that its inside and out) and then stitched together the skin just beneath the glans to the skin of the shaft. Left me with some killer scarring as well (one advantage of having it done when your a baby is the scarring fades).
