Map loading problems.

I spoke with my friend today, we are both fond of playing CS, but something has stopped my friend from doing so.

My friend Rob can only play 12 of the 32 CS maps he has. Including Dust, Millitia, etc.

He gets an error, something about "Bad surface extents" and it doesn't load the map.

Hopefully someone knows what is going on and could possibly help my friend start playing all his games again.

usually you get this error, when the map isn't compiled properly. at least i think so .

Do you think re-installing steam would fix it?

And what's with the smile?

install your new map then re-install steam and it should recognize it.........good luck...
