Hmm. Where did this "half million" come from? Wasent it 16000?

no

Even Iraq Body Count says 15654. Is it just me or is that statistic full of shit? Somehow I doubt that destroying a "water supply" would kill the population of Seattle, especially in a concentrated area. Thats just absurd, try again.

ok

Ah well, at least he's enjoying his job. *shrug*

Ahh stern youve decended into the next level idiocy. Not only do you bring up a totally irrelevant, over used, and inapplicable quote, you manage to apply it to a completely different, war, administration and context. Congratulations. Maybe, in reading this thread, you'd realize that we arent talking about the iraq war (and irrelevant UN sanctions, what the hell are you talking about) that albright was involved in. Think present. And dont make me dig up what albrights response to that quote is. I'd feel horrible for desecrating the only argument you can ever offer. WELL ALBRIGHT SAID IT WAS OK LOL. Look how easy it is to be a liberal, all you have to do is quote albright as many times as possible! Its painful watching you post.

Not at all.
If you don' t count such attrocities just because they were in the past, we could surely let a lot of people off. Hey, stop putting ex-Nazi leaders on trial, let OBL off, it's all past guys.

As that is obviously not the kind of thing we do, would you like me to dig up some more of the many examples of US policy resulting in innocent civilians being killed? I assure you, there are more than enough in the last two decades.

And put it on topic shall we?
When the people fighting these pre-emptive, little or no evidence wars, start finding it enjoyable to kill people, you start realising that the whole f**ked-up-ness goes further than a few naughty politicians.

burner, those were UN sanctions, which did little but make them and saddam wealthy. thats sort of the point I was trying to make.

Please explain.

What does anything have to do with any other info.
"Liking" killing should always wrong, if your in the 21st century

Cheers for the linkage.
But I fail to see how that article tackles the destruction of Iraqi water supplies, or explains how it made Saddam money.

But it certainly shows that nobodys perfect, no matter what their intentions.
The water thing has nothing to do with it, stern is talking about the UN sanctions as they relate to the madeline albright quote. The 500 thousand number stern pulls out of his arse are the direct result of UN sanctions, and their damage to iraq. Saddam money = oil for food program.

I like it how every terrorist not wearing a terrorist uniform (That must be Snow pants and a ski mask to those here) is a Civilian....

Yeah... Lots of civilians have been killed by the coalition. Blood thursty savages them coalition troops.... /sarcasim

Gen. said he liked killing T's.... That's kewl. Unless you get your jollies from T's planting the bomb and killing C's.
