Edit: I was actually a fan (not a fanatic) of the show. It was weird as hell. RIP Mr. Mario (whoever you are).
 
He was only a few coins away from an extra life as well.

Great show. Im sure he climbed the vine up to heaven and is collecting all the gold coins while dancing on those happy clouds. RIP
 
I used to watch this show ALL the time. He's not really dead, just off fighting King Koopa again.

It was from the late 80's / early 90's if I'm not mistaken.

Wow, I only knew him as a wrestler. Didn't know he played Mario.
 
Dammit, I thought they had killed off mario the character. I was happy for a second.
