I have that same question. Although I don't know if this is martial art's as it's more stealth. Any ones similar to Tenchu: Stealth Assassins? I loved that game, only game i've played of it's type.

First developer to make a realistic large-scale feudal japanese style action RPG, with samurais and ninjas and honor and the whole shebang, is officially my god. Make it online, and they're freakin buddha.

The only one I can think of is Jade Empire. You can purchase it off Steam for 29.99 or something like that. There's no demos, but you can check out some gameplay vids at IGN or gamespot

Styles are limited to Open Wallet and Closed Spiky Fist of Death though. No Drunk-fu for you.

There's a British dude with a gun, though.
