Materials browser: "open source" not working

When I click a material and click "open source", nothing happens. Anyone else have this problem? Is there another way I can look at the texture files? (Is there any way to browse a .gsc file?)

I just browse them through there, using keywords or typing words in to get to what I want faster

floor, tile, rock, stone, brick, nature, blend, skybox.. saves going through countless ones until I get to what I want.
