Max Payne 2 Pwns Me

Yay , I got Max Payne 2. It looks great , one HUGE problem though. None of the graphic novels or ingame videos work! If I got to 'Previously' for example its just a flat blue screen with sound. When the videos ingame play and a name comes up like 'Max Payne' as text I can see that , but otherwise its just yellow. This really sucks and I cant find a good Max Payne 2 community to speak of :-/

Get the latest drivers for your card. PM me if you're not sure about how to do this. Other than that you could try fiddling with the graphics settings a bit but I wouldn't advise it if you don't know what you're doing

MP2 is pretty good...but the lip syncing is way off its kinda funny actually.

Sound for some reason kept cutting off in one of the cinemas where he finds a dead woman in the morgue.

I got it to work! I guess sometime when I uninstalled it it worked , but i kept testing it with 'Previously' and that still doesnt work , but all cutscenes work and thats what mattered. This game is great.

Its awsome , well worth the price of admission. Think about Max Payne 1 + 1/3rd HL2 (technology wise). Ill write more detailed stuff when I finish it , probably tommorow , Im off friday.

Do you have surround sound enabled? It may just be sending the sound to the rear channels and if you don't have rear channel speakers, you won't hear it.
