Messed up server list?

Trying to find my usual CS:S Server, and I have no filters on, and I'm finding only about 20 servers. All of which have 100+ ping, and most are locked.

How do I fix the server problem?

Your not the only one experiencing this problem, was a extremely bad way of updating CS: Source by VALVe has caused most people to be locked out of playing online, untill the Server Administrator reboots the server

could also be this

but it could also be a firewall problem because I had the axact same problem but wenn i had killed and mutalated my firewall it worked again.
and god about 2000 servers (no filter on)
