Basically, KONAMI redid the trailers with the latest build of the graphics engine, so you see how it used to look and how is going to look when you play it, the game has gone trough a lot of changes since it was showed for the first time in my opinion it looks better now.

Same here, that's what confused me i was thinking maybe they are pointing out that the GFX got worse. To me they look better. Just i prefer Meryl's hair long like in the 1st trailer!

Stealth is as important to mgs as shooting is to half-life. Yes it's a big element, and it is and should be fun,
but it doesn't need to be the stealthiest game, it has so much more going for it. And if your just judging it
by that you're missing a lot.

Believe me, i have gotten through a few mission of MGS Portable ops just blasting my way through.

Ofcourse only after ive been spotted.

As far as I know portable ops was like snake eater, snake eater is really different then the previous mgs games. Personally I hated it and I also went trough a good part of it shooting.
In any case if you haven't played the first two mgs games then I suggest you download mgs 1, it's only 800mb and it has plenty of seeds so it should be quick. I can't guarantee you will like it, seeing as a lot of people that liked mgs 1 also liked snake eater, but it's a small download so no big deal to try it.

Also I recommend you play the psx version via an emulator, because it will work 100% if you have a good pc and it's a bit better.

Also don't lie to me your french.
